these recipes sound difficult and i don’t have a mixer. settling for the premade little shortcakes, ice cream, whipped cream, and strawberries. yes, i am unmotivated. it’s my day off and school starts monday. don’t judge.

3. pro-breakfast: take a whole wheat wrap, smother it in peanut butter (almond butter if you’re feeling fancy), sprinkle some wheat germ for maximum full-tummy-ness, drizzle some honey on that piece, then roll up a freshly peeled banana. (and replace that coffee with some green tea would ya!)

i bought my first two fall items today. a 3/4 length knit sweater/blouse that is the comfiest and a floral chiffon maxi skirt. stoked-ness. nordstrom rack is the jam, ps.
moving again on the first to altamonte springs with the hubz. this apartment is so. great. super excited to quiet this life down and start being one of those, hmm, adults? i have so many grand plans for the rest of 2011....

police officer part II
you might remember the conversation i had with this particular police officer last week.
this morning he returned.
r: good morning! how's it going today?
OPD: why does god make crazy people?
(continues to tell me a story about a poor old man who is hearing voices and thinks his house is being broken into so he calls the police. this police officer is annoyed that he keeps being sent to this man's house. now honestly, have some mercy on the poor old man. first, you want a 19 year old kid to not receive medical attention for his gunshot wounds because you think he's a crack dealer, and now you're pissed because this poor old man with mental instability is in fear for his life and calls 911. if you don't like your job, quit. or stop bitching to me.)
